Jack Rayner
Jack is the lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist and founding member of The Hysterics.
He has been gigging since he has been able to walk, playing in many line-ups over time.
During this time he has played many events including weddings, festivals and local circuit gigs. He is also a producer and has a degree in music production, recording bands and acts regularly.
He is the youngest member of the Hysterics but has the experience to match the others.
Jack’s top three influences are Jim Morrison, Dave Grohl, Connor Mason.
Fun Fact - Jack can speak three languages and when he’s not singing, he can be found playing six a side.
Charlie Batney
Charlie plays drums for The Hysterics.
Charlie is an experienced drummer and percussionist with 15 years under his belt, playing across various functions, pubs, festivals, studio sessions and tuition.
Charlie’s top three influences are Dave Grohl, Matt Helders and Chad Smith.
Fun fact - drums weren’t Charlie’s first and only musical venture, he was a house DJ for a long while and played guitar in his early teens
Charlie Schofield
Charlie is the 4 string maestro holding down the low end for The Hysterics.
Charlie is a well-versed bass player and singer who’s been playing for 10 years. He’s played across a variety of settings such as festivals, weddings, parties and local scenes. He has over 1,000 performances under his belt.
Charlie’s top three influences are The Police, Descendents and Vulfpeck.
Fun fact - before his time as a bass player, he played ice hockey for over 15 years, including playing tournaments in Czech Republic and Canada
Sam Fitton
Sam features in the Hysterics on lead guitar and backing vocals.
With over 14 years of live experience performing at festivals, parties, functions, studio recording, private tuition and touring - Sam has a solid foundation of performance and music experience.
If Sam isn’t performing with the Hysterics you’ll find him producing live events or at the beach - sometimes both at the same time if lucky.
